Of significant mention is her transformative leadership at BFI Finance Indonesia, where she orchestrated a remarkable market cap surge of over 13 times. With vast expertise across professional services, technology, consumer products, infrastructure, and renewable energy, Ms. Cheadle is a seasoned NED.
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Myo Ohn, Director of The One Matrix Ventures and a significant DXN shareholder, brings vast entrepreneurial and corporate experience to the board. With a history of founding startups in diverse fields, including Space Age Advanced Materials and Internet Web 3.0, he's known for pioneering innovation. Dr. Ohn has held executive positions in NASDAQ-listed firms and currently leads startups like Campana Group. His academic background includes an EMBA from Queens University and advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Photonics from the University of Toronto.
Non-Executive Director
is the Managing Director of Clear to Work and Safe Food Pro Partners, both large successful private companies in the education, hospitality, and software industries. Brendan is also Chair of Bronco’s League Clubs and Power Tynan. With over 30 years business management experience he is a commercially astute project manager, public speaker and published author with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, an in-depth knowledge of purchasing, wholesaling, retail (including online) and employee engagement. Brendan has a strong, proven history of successful business improvement in a variety of challenging environments and is known for building high-performance teams and cultures, and successfully coaching and mentoring individuals and groups to achieve exceptional results.
Managing Director
Shalini Lagrutta brings over two decades of expertise in the telecoms and data center industry, with notable roles in companies like Fujitsu Telecommunications, Huawei, LGC Wireless, and Flexenclosure.
From 2019 to 2022, Shalini brought in major customers and boosted revenue at DXN. Since becoming CEO in 2022, she's focused on restructuring the company, exiting unprofitable ventures, and steering it towards growth.
She's been recognised for her contributions, including accolades like Capacity Media’s 20 Women to Watch in 2020 and Top 30 Edge Computing Leaders by Data Economy. Recently, Shalini was honoured as an Infrastructure Masons (iM100) award recipient in December 2021, reaffirming her impactful leadership in the digital realm.
Joint Company Secretary
Ms. Coleman holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington. With extensive experience in ASX and ASIC compliance, she provides expert advice on corporate governance and compliance issues, as well as other regulatory matters. She serves as the Company Secretary for several ASX listed, unlisted public, and proprietary companies across various industries.

Mr Hasaka Martin is a Principal at Automic Group and has over 15 years’ experience working with listed companies across many industries, in both in-house roles, as well as through corporate service providers. Hasaka is an appointed Company Secretary for a number of listed entities. He is also a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a chartered secretary and holds post-graduate qualifications in corporate and securities law.
