Shalini Lagrutta brings over two decades of expertise in the telecoms and data center industry, with notable roles in companies like Fujitsu Telecommunications, Huawei, LGC Wireless, and Flexenclosure.
From 2019 to 2022, Shalini brought in major customers and boosted revenue at DXN. Since becoming CEO in 2022, she's focused on restructuring the company, exiting unprofitable ventures, and steering it towards growth.
She's been recognised for her contributions, including accolades like Capacity Media’s 20 Women to Watch in 2020 and Top 30 Edge Computing Leaders by Data Economy. Recently, Shalini was honoured as an Infrastructure Masons (iM100) award recipient in December 2021, reaffirming her impactful leadership in the digital realm.
Chief Financial Officer
Rob Lancuba (B.Bus, CPA) is an accomplished CFO, COO, leader, and strategist with over 20 years of experience working with Boards and leadership teams across the Tech, Property, FMCG, Advertising & Marketing, Retail, and Services sectors. Rob leads the finance function and works with the CEO and Directors to ensure the delivery of strategy and compliance obligations. He has a strong track record of managing organisations through business turnaround and transformation, due diligence, acquisitions, and IPO. Rob is an entrepreneurial, strategically oriented CFO dedicated to delivering value-added financial insights and strategy for DXN Limited, ensuring commitments to investors are met and planning for the future.
Financial Controller
Sarah Livesey is an ACCA and CA qualified finance professional with experience in global professional service companies. She excels in change management, company sales, purchases, and finance transformation. With international expertise as a Finance Controller across the USA, Canada, Latin America, and Australia, Sarah brings a multitasking, problem-solving approach to optimise organisational efficiency.
Head of Product, Design and Engineering
Srikanth Murugan is the Global Head of Pre-Sales (Infrastructure). His primary role includes setting up, developing and managing the global presales process and ensure that the DXN modules global sales team is supported with solutions that match market requirements. Srikanth has been with DXN since March 2019 and in this short span has productized and packaged the DXN modules solutions to the market. Mr. Murugan has over 20 years of experience in both Data Centre and Telecommunications Industry and during that time Mr. Murugan has worked at companies like Flexenclosure (Swedish), Altobridge (Irish), ADC, Interwave Communication (US).
Program Manager
Mr. Kjosaas is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in the telecom industry. Currently the Program Manager at DXN Limited, he excels in overseeing large-scale projects and ensuring successful implementations. In his previous role as a Regional Project Manager at Flexenclosure, he played a pivotal role in deploying module-based Data Centres across Latin America. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Kjosaas has held key positions, including Operational Director in telecom service companies and Project Manager for MW systems and cellular rollouts. He has also demonstrated exceptional skill in managing logistics and spearheading competence development programmes in the industry.
Head of Manufacturing
Blair's first modular data centre build was in 2012. He has been part of the team since 2017. Blair is our Manufacturing Manager and responsible for our fabrication and electrical teams, along with scheduling production and the supporting quality system. Blair has a back ground in mechanical fitting, previously he was responsible for heavy plant and related commissioning activities in both Perth and Asia.
