Chief Executive Officer
Shalini has had a successful track record in the telecoms and data centre industry that spans over 20 years. She has demonstrated an impressive track record of sales achievement from start-ups through to established companies which has continued during her tenure thus far at DXN.
Since joining DXN in early 2019, Shalini has led the sales, product and marketing team for all the Modular Data Centre Sales and has been instrumental in the growth of sales that DXN has seen.
Shalini holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Malaya.
Financial Controller
Sarah Livesey is an ACCA and CA qualified finance professional with experience in global professional service companies. She excels in change management, company sales, purchases, and finance transformation. With international expertise as a Finance Controller across the USA, Canada, Latin America, and Australia, Sarah brings a multitasking, problem-solving approach to optimise organisational efficiency.
Global Head of PreSales and Engineering
Srikanth Murugan is the Global Head of Pre-Sales (Infrastructure). His primary role includes setting up, developing and managing the global presales process and ensure that the DXN modules global sales team is supported with solutions that match market requirements. Srikanth has been with DXN since March 2019 and in this short span has productized and packaged the DXN modules solutions to the market. Mr. Murugan has over 20 years of experience in both Data Centre and Telecommunications Industry and during that time Mr. Murugan has worked at companies like Flexenclosure (Swedish), Altobridge (Irish), ADC, Interwave Communication (US).
Program Manager
Mr. Kjosaas is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in the telecom industry. Currently the Program Manager at DXN Limited, he excels in overseeing large-scale projects and ensuring successful implementations. In his previous role as a Regional Project Manager at Flexenclosure, he played a pivotal role in deploying module-based Data Centres across Latin America. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Kjosaas has held key positions, including Operational Director in telecom service companies and Project Manager for MW systems and cellular rollouts. He has also demonstrated exceptional skill in managing logistics and spearheading competence development programmes in the industry.
Head of Manufacturing
Blair's first modular data centre build was in 2012. He has been part of the team since 2017. Blair is our Manufacturing Manager and responsible for our fabrication and electrical teams, along with scheduling production and the supporting quality system. Blair has a back ground in mechanical fitting, previously he was responsible for heavy plant and related commissioning activities in both Perth and Asia.
